BBQ Welcome Party

We will host a BBQ and drinks reception in the beautiful Borgo gardens on Thursday evening to welcome you, give everyone a chance to get acquainted, and kick off the celebrations.

On the final day, we have organised a pool party, followed by some farewell food and drinks for all guests at the Borgo's Favole Bar, so we can all drink and stuff our faces together one last time!

What Airports can I fly to?

Fiumicino (FCO) is 25 minutes away
Ciampino (CIA) is 40 minutes away

Where should I go to get my hair and make-up done?

No need to go far. For those wishing to avail of hair and make-up services on the morning of the wedding, we are arranging to have local providers at Borgo for wedding guests. Kindly let us know with the RSVP if you require this service.
The hairdresser and make-up artist will set up in the Favole bar from around 10:30am. Prices as below:
Blow dry: €25
Upstyle: €40
Make-up: €30
Nails (Shellac): €25 (Afternoon before or morning of wedding)
We will collect names for these services in January

How can I pay for things at Borgo?

Please note that there is no ATM at Borgo.
If you are availing of a transfer service from the airport/ city centre, or if you are getting your hair or make-up done, you will need cash to pay for these services. So please make sure to take some out in advance of your arrival at Borgo.
The bar & restaurant accept cash & card . Alternatively you can charge your spending to your room and pay with card at reception during check-out. All major credit cards are accepted at Borgo.

Anything I can't get on-site at Borgo?

Cigarettes are not sold on-site so make sure you stock up in advance.

Where can we stay?

We have provisionally block booked all rooms at Borgo for our guests on the 11th, 12th and 13th June 2026, so we will have the whole place to ourselves! Your accommodation will be automatically booked for you once you RSVP, so no need to book your room separately. Payment can be made in full upon checkout, no need for a deposit. Guests length of stay is entirely optional, however we would love to be able to host you at our welcome BBQ the night before, and Pizza Party the day after our wedding, in addition to the wedding day!
Bed & Breakfast is €75 per person per night. (No deposit required)
Of course you are not obliged to stay with us and you are welcome to stay in Rome City or elsewhere. Should you choose accommodation off-site, please be mindful that taxis are not in abundance in this area so you should book your transport in advance.
